# Nhập dữ liệu

**Bước 1:** Chọn tệp dữ liệu theo định dạng cho phép .cvs, .xls và/hoặc .xlsx. Ta có thể tải Mẫu file excel như ở số 2 để xem template của hệ thống.

Nhập đầy đủ dữ liệu ở file excel như: Users, Courses, Intakes, UserToCourse(Intake), Location, Units. Sau đó tải tệp này lên hệ thống.

**Bước 2:** Sau khi đã tải tệp lên, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị bản xem trước của các dữ liệu hợp lệ và các dữ liệu bị lỗi.&#x20;

**Bước 3:** Bấm Nhập dữ liệu.&#x20;

Đối với dữ liệu hợp lệ, hệ thống sẽ tự động cập nhật và hiển thị ở các phần.&#x20;

Đối với dữ liệu bị lỗi, hệ thống sẽ không cập nhật và hiển thị.
